I make cheese waffles because I think you should add something special TO your meal, not just take something away. My chaffles are made in small batches with premium ingredients, I take great pride in my process. I freshly shred the cheese for every batch - no bagged cheese here! And I source high-quality eggs from happy pasture-raised chickens! I care about selecting the best ingredients because I simply cannot sell food that I wouldn't want to eat myself.
